Our live Help Desk support team is available for both network and PC issues between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. When appropriate and with your approval, our support team can remote into your server, individual PC or laptop to troubleshoot issues. This allows our technician to actually navigate the computer’s directory and operating system to locate and resolve problems. This approach reduces response time and increases efficiency.

Using our advanced remote network monitoring system, we can isolate network problems in real-time and provide awareness and understanding of network performance and availability. Our Net Secure 24/7 program provides anytime, anywhere network monitoring of such things as utilization of processor, memory and hard drive, interface utilization (bandwidth), ping availability, network services, event logs and system resource utilization. When problems occur, the system sends alerts to our technicians via email, smartphone or text messaging so the appropriate response can be made.
